Drive under the speed limit.
Wait until the very last minute to merge.

Stop when there is no stop sign.
Park crooked.

Play their music so loud I can't hear my own music.
Park on both sides of residential streets so there's barely enough room to drive on the road.
Think because they're mailmen, driving laws don't apply to them and they drive like loons.
Honk at me for no reason, when I have done nothing wrong.

In PA, drivers need to use their headlights when they are using their windshield wipers ... and most don't. ANNOYING!

Gahhhh! All of these drive me crazy, especially merging at the last minute. Like seriously? it told you a mile ago you needed to get over!
Blinkers are my biggest pet peeve! I'm like, I can't read you mind jack-a, what are you doing here? Right? Left?
Also, slow drivers in fast lanes.
Grumble.
AND! Biggest one for me are the jerks who SEE my turn signal to get over into their lane and either speed up, or hang out right next to me so I can't do anything. I then proceed to glare at them.
