All About Me

I'm linking up with Neely to network a little more around the blog land!

For those who are new, I'm Sarah. A 20-year-old college junior in Macon, Georgia. I'm studying to be a high school math teacher, and I can't wait to start teaching! I love to knit and crochet. I hope to open up an etsy shop this year. I'm working on some inventory. My problem is that I love to make things but then I always want to keep them for myself, as evidenced in the picture above.

I recently got engaged to the most wonderful guy on earth, Brice. We're getting married in December of this year.

We have two fur-kids. Zoey is our chinchilla and Maggie is our newest addition. We just got her yesterday. Check back tomorrow for the post about how we got her!

I'm a nanny to 2 wonderful kids. I keep them after school and all day during the summer. I love these kids, and I'll be sad at the end of the summer because I won't be keeping them anymore.

I started my blog in October of 2010 to keep a record of my project 365. It was a way to share my year in pictures with my friends and family. And then I discovered the blogging community. I have made so many blog friends and I'm always ready to find more!!

If you don't know me in real life, my blog name might not make sense. So let's explain:
My last name is Poupard. Pronounced poo-pard. So if you say it fast, it sounds like "poop hard." My uncle used to be a youth director and they put a little spin on the phrase "life's short, poop hard." It became "life's short...Poupard." There were even t-shirts. And so it became the name of my blog. And even after I get married, it will stay the name of my blog. I'll always be a Poupard at heart.

I blog about every day random happenings in my life. Funny stories, pictures, and link-ups. I blog it all. I hope you'll stick around! Leave me a comment so I can check out your blog too!!
